			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the most interesting discussions I had at TechEd this year was with <a title="Rob [MVP SQL Server] Farley" href="http://msmvps.com/blogs/robfarley/" target="_blank">Rob Farley</a> about Certification and the MVP program.  Last week, in recognition of the work he has done in the SQL Server community and feedback around the beta exam program, Rob was made a <a title="Microsoft Most Valuable Professional" href="http://www.microsoft.com/mvp" target="_blank">Microsoft MVP</a>.  I managed to corner Rob and got him to open up about the Microsoft Certification program.</p>
