    Content on here could be good, but you need to edit and refine the sound recording process - it’s very poor - very distorted -

    Why leave in info like “lunch is at 3pm, and the toilets are on the left block down the service coridoor on the left, no, not near the A block,… “?? - just cut it all out!

    Sound Forge / WaveLab will let you cut the recordings
