Dr Pete has is own show on The Podcast Network. I always thought Pete had a good head for radio. This…

  3. Frank Arrigo Says:

    Pete,

put in some links to the stuff you talked about.

for example, the metroplis speech is online. point your listeners to it.

I reckon you need another person on the show. banter is good

i’ive yet to be diagnosed with any mental issues.

    Excellent!!

Good 1st show. Definitely need either guest speaker, guest host or another “voice” to make it less of a monologue.

Hearing from Chuck and Frank would be good, but also from people not so high profile. The occassional everyday developer/techo would be interesting. “A day in the life of” kind of thing.

  7. Phillip "Molly" Malone Says:

Nice show. Think you should definitely have a co-host (pretty much all shows should)!
On your comments about Web services management, not sure its exactly what you are after but have a look at Sonic Softwares, SonicESB (www.sonicsoftware.com). They are doing great work in getting rid of the “accidental architecture” or “Web services Spaghetti”.

  8. Mike Seyfang Says:

    Good content, great ideas…
The suggestion of working with a partner to get some ‘banter’ happening is a good one.
Looking at the shownotes you could also make delivery more interesting by breaking each section with something that sounds different and suits your taste (little soundbyte, strange noise, quote, or whatever you like)
Like your perspective on the ‘history of .Net’ interesting.
    All the best
    Fang

    Hey Guys,

8-) Thanks for all the feedback!!!! MORE PLEASE!!!
Yup, I am planning on getting some guests onto the show.. and have already started to approach folks for this… I want to get the folks that people know and those that are just appearing on the horizon.

As for more voices… Absolutely! I get to talk to a lot of interesting people so I plan to grab as many of them as posisble.!!! Interviews should fix it I hope!

    Cheers
    Peter
